Barcelona!!! It’s one of my favourite places in the world. I recently enjoyed some time alone to wander around this glorious city all by myself. Although I’ve been here many times in the past, I actually went this time with no real plans for my “spare” time… and then I got lost – accidentally on purpose. I went to Gaudi’s Sagrada Familia before it opened and got to experience the peace of this amazing cathedral being nearly tourist-free. I ascended to the top of one of the towers to view some of the ongoing construction above the rooftops and the amazing views of Barcelona. I totally recommend doing this and you can even pre-purchase entry and tower tickets online if you’re organised). Then, I walked and walked and walked… and look what I found!
