“When I mentioned to some friends that I was going for afternoon tea at The Landmark Hotel in London, a few exclaimed: “I love it there!” and “Wow – it doesn’t even look like it’s in London.” Certainly, just their stunning “Winter Garden” restaurant setting alone – with its soaring eight-storey glass roof atrium complete with palm trees and gorgeous floral displays – is a draw in itself. Did I mention that you literally exit Marylebone Station and it’s right there!?! I was lucky enough to have some time to photograph their beautiful Winter Garden area, hoping to do it justice. As it turns out, the afternoon tea served at the Landmark rivaled the surroundings and really was really the icing on the cake!”
