Paid content not becoming available:

If you purchased via the App Store (iOS) Play Store (Android) or the Kindle Store, please select the menu button then select “Restore Purchases”.

Login credentials not valid:

Please email customerservices@cakemasters.co.uk

App Crashed:

Please delete the app, and re-download from the App Store (iOS), Play Store (Android) or the Amazon Store. If you have previously purchased content please select the menu button, then select “Restore Purchases”. If the problem persists please use the support link within the app, as this sends us crash logs.

Edition does not download:

Please check your internet connection and also ensure you have sufficient storage space left on your device.
