Buttercream Dreams

Throughout the day, you will discover how to create your very own simple buttercream, stack, fill and cover a sponge cake properly for an even smooth base for your design. You will also learn to use Swiss meringue for different cake decoration applications using a range of Rainbow Dust ProGel colours to bring your design to life! Reva Alexander-Hawk will then guide you through the process of using transfers to create a beautiful floral pattern as well as piping edging scrolls. Finally, you will finish your creation by learning to pipe a range of buttercream flowers.
