We asked 8 fantastic cake artists from around the world to create a cake that encapsulated Summer Holidays… the emotions of felt on the run up to catching your flight, actually there, how one feels when on holiday. We dont like to give too much direction when organising these features, so it is so fantastic to see how each artist takes the brief and makes it their own.
