Etty began her cake page, Cake Dutchess, three years ago, a year after her first child was born, she found herself with heaps of time on her hands and with past experience in a cake business she started doing what she missed the most from that time and that was modelling. She soon found that there was a huge demand for easy to follow cake decorating tutorials and now loves to see how people are gaining more confidence in their skills, thanks to just a little push and inspiration from her tutorials.
