Karen Reeves, from Caking It Up, is a self-taught cake artist from Sydney, Australia. She began her business four years ago after turning her hobby and love of making cakes for her children into a cake obsession. After taking the plunge and deciding to give up her primary school teaching career of a decade, she has rapidly grown her business from home where she makes beautiful cakes, creates online tutorials, teaches cake decorating classes and creates new cake products.
