Mandala Cake Tutorial

The multiple gold award-winning sugarcraft artist Natasha runs Cakeium, ‘The Element of Cake’. The name coming from the periodic table as a nod to her dual career as a scientist and how she loves to design and create challenging cakes that have complex architecture and push the laws or gravity.
