Rhu specialises in teaching figure modelling around the UK and internationally. Her work has won numerous Gold Awards, including Best in Show at Cake International, London 2015 for her burlesque figure, Lola. She was also nominated for Modelling Excellence at the Cake Masters Magazine Awards 2015. Rhu was one of the main organisers in the Sugar Show Productions at Cake International, with the Rocky Horror Sugar Show and Cake Carnival.
