In this tutorial Alice Davies creates a really cute and fun bear smash cake, the cake is easy to make with a difficulty rating of one piping bag yet looks incredibly effecting and impressive, that is of course before the smashing begins, perfect for young babies to devour and create a mess, and enjoy. For this cake she has enlisted the help from her nephew Jack, who is more then capable of doing the smashing that this cake requires.
Alice is a Muilti-award winning cake decorator, who teaches and designs moulds for Karen Davies Sugarcraft Ltd. Alice began her career by in Fine Art and studied makeup and prosthetics before starting as a cake decorator in 2013, this experience has helped her to create some really effective and creative designs for her cakes.
