Sarah Lou is an award-winning sugar artist based in Staffordshire Moorlands in the UK. She started baking when she was very young with her nan and has had a passion for baking ever since. Sarah Lou decorated her first cake using sugarpaste about six years ago for her husband’s birthday and got completely hooked, so much so that she opened her own business. She is mainly self-taught, specialises in bespoke cakes and loves making anything realistic or unusual.
